Playbook: Skills
On the left of the Playbook, you have access to your Roster. By clicking on one of your players, you have access to the page of that player's skills.
Each player can learn new skills each time he levels-up. Please note that some skills are only available from a certain level and that it is not possible to make a change once the skill point is spent.
